Scale Up With Us: The new acceleration programme at INOVAGAIA kicks off today!
Over the next nine weeks, a select group of start-ups will turn their potential into scalability, with a focus on global growth and innovation.
Gaia’s entrepreneurial ecosystem is being given a new lease of life today with the official launch of Scale Up With Us, the acceleration programme designed to support start-ups during the critical phase of growth and expansion. With an intensive programme focused on practical results, the initiative promises to be a game-changer for the selected projects.
A Roadmap to Success By the end of March, the founders will have undertaken a challenging journey covering all the fundamental pillars of a successful business. The sessions (which alternate between an online format and in-person sessions at INOVAGAIA) will address critical topics such as:
Strategy and Operations: Designing OKRs, customer-centric business design and governance. Sales and Marketing: Go-to-Market Strategies, Digital Marketing and Internationalisation.
Capital and Finance: Fundraising, financial models and access to non-dilutive financing.
Culture: How to scale teams and maintain the startup’s essence during growth. Mentoring and Networking More than just training, Scale Up With Us offers direct access to experienced mentors and UPTEC’s Business Developers, ensuring that each startup receives the personalised support needed to overcome its specific challenges. The spirit of community and peer learning are, in fact, hallmarks of this initiative.
The Big Moment: Pitch Day! All this work will culminate on 24 March at an exclusive event at INOVAGAIA. Pitch Day will be the final showcase where the startups will present their progress and vision to a panel of investors and strategic partners, marking the start of a new chapter for these businesses.
